Il faut pour celà que votre navigateur dispose du javascript, autorisé pour ce site.
(il n'y a habituellement rien à faire)

Dans le cas contraire un mode d'édition robuste, mais fonctionnel, qui est disponible avec tous les navigateurs vous est automatiquement proposé.

Dans le cas où  la saisie de texte sous forme de bloc serait impossible, ou défectueuse**, il est toujours possible de se ramener au fonctionnement de l'éditeur de base.
